Privacy and your application

Free website program · Updated 31 October 2026

I’m Zulzidan, an independent web developer. You can contact me at mail@zulzidan.com about your application or personal information.

What the application collects

The form asks for your name, email, business, service type, country, website goal, and optional website or social profile and referral details. It also records the submission time, application page, campaign tags, and referring page when available. Please don’t include sensitive personal information or information you don’t have permission to share.

How it is used

I use your application to review suitability, manage the waitlist, and contact you about your proposed website. It is stored in the private Zulzidan Leads database and can be accessed by authorized people helping manage applications. Hosting and database providers process the information to operate these services. Applications are not public, sold, or automatically added to a newsletter.

Analytics and abuse prevention

The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and successful form submissions. The application conversion event does not include your name, email, or form answers. A keyed hash of your connection’s IP address is used for short-lived submission rate limits; the waitlist does not store your raw IP address. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Your choices

Joining is optional, and it does not guarantee a free build or a delivery date. You can ask to withdraw your application, correct your details, or delete your application information by emailing me from the address you applied with. I retain applications while reviewing them or managing the resulting project or relationship, subject to any records needed for applicable obligations.

Referrals and promotion

No referral, testimonial, promotional post, or paid upgrade is required to receive an agreed free build. I’ll ask separately before publishing your application details or using a testimonial.
