The partnership

From a new website to the system behind the work.

Since 2025, I have worked with TASFRL as its ongoing digital platform and growth partner. What began as a new website has grown into the operating layer for its public programs, land-management services, member experience, and communications.

I designed and developed the Next.js platform, Contentful workflows, eight-service land-management journey, four-step assessment and draft flow, case references and tracking, member registration and protected account areas, event publishing, resource and news systems, site search, donations, contact forms, and email workflows.

The partnership continues through technical SEO, structured metadata and sitemap management, ongoing articles and posts, social media publishing, and AI-assisted video production. It is my most complete example of combining product thinking, engineering, content operations, and long-term support for one organization.

Mission, programs, partner pages, resources, news, gallery, donations, county and city search, and editorial workflows the team can use day to day.

Eight service journeys and a four-step land assessment flow with returning-steward logic, draft saving, uploads, consent, case references, and account-based tracking.

Registration, email verification, protected dashboards and profiles, plus operational tooling for members, subscribers, cases, newsletters, campaigns, videos, and activity.

My contribution

One accountable partner across product, engineering, and growth.

Product and UX: Information architecture, public journeys, service discovery, assessment flow, member experience, and ongoing feature decisions.
Engineering: Next.js development, Contentful integration, service and case workflows, member accounts, email systems, deployment, maintenance, and iteration.
Content and growth: Technical SEO, publishing workflows, articles, posts, social media support, and AI-assisted video production.
Partnership: Direct collaboration as TASFRL expands its services, partnerships, events, resources, and statewide role.
